Our auditors are accredited to conduct third party audits on behalf of the regulatory bodies in the relevant states of NSW, VIC and QLD, conduct HACCP accreditation, food safety refresher training and FeedSafe audits for the Stockfeed Industry.

Our auditors are associated with the following professional bodies;

Gillian Van Someren-Hurley

Gillian Van Someren-Hurley

Accredited High-Risk Auditor, Consultant, Trainer and Assessor

 

Gillian has had many years’ experience as a caterer and a Hospitality Management and food safety trainer. Gillian holds a Science Degree (Nutrition and Food Science) and regularly attends staff development days with the regulatory authorities in the relevant states. She is a level 4 (NFSA-4) High Risk Auditor accredited through Exemplar Global with a wide range of industry scopes. Gillian is accredited as a regulatory food safety auditor in NSW, Victoria and Queensland and is also approved as a Dairy Regulatory Auditor in Victoria.

 

Denis Critchley

Accredited High-Risk Auditor & Consultant

 

Denis is the founding Director of Safe Food Australia he has been conducting food safety audits from the year 2000. He has been involved extensively in the dairy industry and specialises in aged care and private hospital audits. Denis is a lead and third party high risk auditor with many years experience.

Fiona McDonagh

Fiona McDonagh

Accredited High-Risk Auditor, Consultant, Trainer and Assessor

 

 Fiona has worked in the meat industry for many years, in both retail butcher shops and domestic abattoirs. Her experience in commercial catering, aged care, food service and tertiary training gives Fiona the expertise to consult to a wide variety of clients.

Fiona holds many qualifications including Certificate IV in Food Science and Technology, Meat Safety, Quality Assurance and Workplace Training and Assessment.

She is accredited as a regulatory food safety auditor in NSW .
