Accredited High-Risk Auditor, Accredited Trainer and Assessor (Current Cert IV in Training and Assessment) & Food Safety Consultant.
Gillian has had many years’ experience as a caterer and a Accredited High-Risk Auditor, Accredited Trainer & Assessor (Current Cert IV in Training & assessment) & Food Safety Consultant. Gillian holds a Science Degree (Nutrition and Food Science) and regularly attends staff development days with the regulatory authorities in the relevant states. She is a level 4 (NFSA-4) High Risk Auditor accredited through Exemplar Global with a wide range of industry scopes.Gillian is accredited as a regulatory high-risk regulatory food safety auditor in NSW, Victoria, Queensland .
Andrew Pike Denis
Denis is the founding Director of Safe Food Australia he has been conducting food safety audits from the year 2000. He has been involved extensively in the dairy industry and specialised in aged care and private hospital audits. Denis has many years of experience and is involved in the business on a consultancy basis.
